Unified Planetary Reconstruction I: The Event Framework

The Earth: Day Zero framework begins with a simple observation.

Earth contains patterns that appear larger than individual geological provinces, larger than individual mountain systems, and larger than individual basins.

The central question is whether some of those patterns represent remnants of a much larger organizing event.

The Entrance

The Entrance remains Antarctica.

Within the framework, Antarctica functions as the initiating archive and primary preservation domain.

The Entrance provides the first anchor point from which reconstruction begins.

The Exit

The Exit remains the Arctic Circle.

The Exit functions as the response archive and opposing planetary anchor.

Together, Entrance and Exit establish the outer boundaries of the reconstruction sequence.

The Middle Mountain

The Middle Mountain remains the organizing bridge.

Its purpose is to transform a beginning and an end into an interpretable sequence.

The Event Framework

Earth: Day Zero does not begin by assuming mechanism.

It begins by asking whether geology, geophysics, geometry, planetary memory, field persistence, and Earth–Moon interaction can be organized into a single reconstruction framework.

The stronger the convergence among these systems, the stronger the reconstruction.

Public Framework Statement

This framework is intentionally public.

The objective is not ownership of a question.

The objective is the improvement of the question through testing, criticism, refinement, and independent verification.

Research Question

Can multiple independent planetary systems be integrated into a single reconstruction framework without violating geological and geophysical constraints?
