Radial Elevation Architecture
One of the primary forensic observations motivating further investigation of the Antarctic candidate entrance domain is the apparent organization of elevation at regional scale.
Rather than focusing exclusively on circular geometry, Earth: Day Zero evaluates whether the region exhibits radial topographic structure.
The Observation
The candidate framework identifies:
- a central elevated region;
- surrounding elevated terrain;
- secondary high-elevation zones distributed outward from the center;
- progressive topographic organization at increasing radial distance.
The question is not whether this pattern proves a specific mechanism. The question is whether the pattern exists and whether it requires explanation.
Forensic Significance
Forensic reconstruction begins with surviving structure. Large-scale topographic organization may preserve information long after smaller geological details have been modified or erased.
If radial organization persists at continental scale, it becomes a candidate constraint rather than a visual coincidence.
Competing Interpretations
Several explanations remain possible:
- ordinary tectonic evolution;
- crustal inheritance;
- mantle-driven uplift;
- multi-stage geological development;
- planetary-scale forcing.
The purpose of this paper is not to choose among these explanations. The purpose is to establish the observation as a measurable feature requiring evaluation.
Toward Concentric Structure
