Individual observations often provide limited predictive value. Greater confidence frequently emerges when multiple independent observations converge within the same geographic or structural domain.

This framework evaluates constraint clusters through anchor density, corridor intersection, transition-zone overlap, structural persistence, extreme-point relationships, and recurring geological support.

Reference applications include planetary anchor systems, sedimentary basins, deformation corridors, resource systems, structural boundaries, and comparative Earth-system analysis.

The objective is to establish a repeatable methodology for identifying locations where multiple constraints coexist.
